The first draft is ready. But is it right? AI can explain unfamiliar terms, structure a task and help you practise. It cannot replace experience you have yet to build. You also learn to check sources, recognise uncertainty and ask an experienced colleague when it matters.

For experienced professionals

You already know what matters. Yet too much of your day goes into searching, summarising and drafting. Learn to give AI the context it needs and test its suggestions against your professional standards. Your knowledge sets the standard, not the most convincing answer.

Monday, 8:17 am. The request has been waiting since Friday.

An experienced sales specialist knows her products and customers. Preparing a proposal still starts with searching through emails, product documents and open questions. In this scenario, an approved AI assistant receives selected documents and a clear task. It gathers requirements, flags gaps and drafts an outline. She rejects a suggested delivery date because there is no confirmed source. She no longer starts from a blank page. The commitment to the customer remains her decision.

The first support case. The answer sounds remarkably confident.

A new team member asks AI to explain an error. It suggests a command they have never used. Run it straight away? This is where real competence begins. In the exercise, they check approved documentation, explain the possible effect in their own words and test only in an isolated environment. A change to the customer system still requires the responsible person's approval. AI helps them learn. It does not grant them permission.

The presentation is ready. The key figure is wrong.

An experienced controller uses AI to help draft a monthly report. The text sounds convincing, but it compares two different reporting periods. In this scenario, calculations stay in the verified reporting system. AI helps with structure, alternative explanations and follow-up questions. The controller checks the figures and assumptions before the report goes to management. Progress is not speed at any cost. It is less routine work with responsibility still clearly assigned.

THE LAB IS THE PROOF

Every architecture flies in the lab first. Only then does it touch your production.

The BORDONARO IT enterprise lab is located in PFALZKOM's Datacenter Rhein-Neckar II in Mutterstadt, rated availability class 3 Plus as a single site. Class 4 applies only to a production architecture explicitly designed with suitable redundancy across DCRN I and DCRN II. Architectures are built, deliberately broken and repaired there before they touch a customer system. Reference figures, not live telemetry.

ONGOING LEARNING

The course ends. The real questions are just beginning.

Continue with regular 60-minute practice and Q&A sessions. Bring an example from your work. We discuss what worked, what needs checking and what to try next. Small steps you can apply, rather than another pile of unread material.

Practice sprint

One kickoff day plus four 60-minute Q&A sessions, for example every two weeks. A manageable task between sessions, with a review in the final one.

Frequently asked questions

Do the tracks fulfil our duties under Art. 4 EU AI Act?

Since February 2025, Art. 4 requires role- and context-appropriate AI literacy without prescribing a specific certificate. Our tracks deliver documented, role-specific building blocks for it. What is appropriate depends on your systems and roles, which is exactly what the diagnosis helps with.

Can you train on our own platform?

Yes. Exercises run either on our lab environment or on your tenant or on-prem environment if the track's prerequisites are met.

What distinguishes the academy from consulting?

Tracks qualify your people and deliver reusable artifacts. Analysis, implementation and operations are separate BORDONARO AI services and are offered clearly apart.

Are prices negotiable or are there extra costs?

Prices are fixed, net plus VAT, per delivery. Travel costs only apply for on-site dates outside the region and are stated in the proposal.

In which language do tracks take place?

German or English, mixed by arrangement. Materials exist in both languages.
