Who this track is for
Managing directors, board members, advisory boards and shareholders, up to eight people. For companies where AI decisions are pending but still being made from slide decks instead of first-hand judgment. Also a good starting point before budgets for tools or infrastructure are released.
Who it is not for
Not for departments or teams who want to work with AI themselves. They start in the AI Literacy Praxislabor (AI-LIT-LAB) or in AI-WORK. Managers below the executive level are better served by Leading in the Human-Agent Organization (AI-LEAD).
Starting situation
Pressure arrives from three sides: customers ask about AI in your offering, competitors announce projects, and your own workforce has long been using private accounts. At the same time it is unclear which data may leave the company, what an own AI environment costs and who carries the responsibility. So far little gets decided and much gets postponed.
This exists after the track
- A one-page decision picture: value, risk, sovereignty and operating model for your company, developed together in the room
- A rent-or-own calculation using your usage profile and conservative assumptions, with a visible break-even
- A prioritized 90-day list with two to three assignments, each with an owner and a date
- A shared vocabulary at executive level, so the next AI discussion ends in a decision instead of another postponement
Prerequisites
None. No technical background is required, bring decision-making authority and 3.5 undisturbed hours.
Preparation before the track
The sponsor answers a short questionnaire in advance: AI decisions pending in the next 24 months, running initiatives, cloud usage, critical data assets. The answers feed directly into the situation picture in the first block.

Analysis of your questionnaire: customer expectations, competition, shadow AI inside your own company. Guiding question for the room: Which three AI decisions are genuinely pending in your company over the next 24 months?
The live proof
Demonstration of an internet-disconnected AI environment from our enterprise lab, where technically and organizationally feasible: the Sovereign Assistant answers questions about loaded documents, visibly without any cloud connection. Executive question afterwards: What does this mean for our critical data assets?
Economics: rent or own
The calculation model: token and license cost per head and year against investment and operation of an own environment, with conservative assumptions. Exercise: your usage profile is entered live and the break-even for your company becomes visible.
Strategy session: your decision picture
Value, risk, sovereignty and operating model on a single page. Decision in the room: Which two questions does the executive team want answered reliably within 90 days, and who owns them?
The next 90 days
Assignments are fixed with owners and dates. Alignment with the fitting next steps, such as the use case sprint (AI-VALUE) or the leadership track (AI-LEAD). Ends at 17:30.
Exercises and lab share
One live demonstration on a real system: a disconnected AI environment from our enterprise lab, where technically and organizationally feasible. Participants put their own test questions to the system and enter their usage profile into the calculation model themselves.
Platforms
The demonstration runs on our lab environment with the Sovereign Assistant in the version available at the time. No customer data is used, and your questionnaire answers stay in the sponsor's minutes.
Transfer evidence
No quiz at executive level. The transfer evidence is the documented decision picture with the 90-day list, sent to all participants as minutes and reviewed in the follow-up call after four weeks.

Why €4,900 plus VAT for half a day?
You are not buying a talk but a prepared decision format for up to eight executives: an individual situation picture, live proof on a real system, a calculation model with your numbers and a documented result with a follow-up call. In our experience the half day replaces several inconclusive strategy meetings.
Do we need technical background knowledge?
No. The briefing is built for decision makers, not for engineers. Every technical term is explained with an example from your context, and the demonstration shows effect rather than architecture.
Does the live demo also work remotely?
Yes, the disconnected environment is streamed from our enterprise lab, where technically and organizationally feasible. No customer data is used. If a live stream is not possible in an individual case, we run the same proof on a recorded pass and answer your test questions on the system afterwards.
