Who this track is for
Teams of up to 12 people who have already touched AI and now want to get their actual work done with it: reports, quotes, minutes, customer correspondence, research. Most effective when the team works together and shares the same workflows.
Who it is not for
Not for beginners without any hands-on AI experience, they start in the AI Literacy Hands-on Lab (AI-LIT-LAB). Nor for power users who want to build prompts systematically, that is what AI-CONTEXT is for.
Starting situation
The team has first experience, but usage remains tinkering: everyone prompts differently, results are adopted unchecked or discarded out of distrust, and nobody knows whether AI actually saves time here. At the same time, there are no binding agreements on which tasks and data are suitable for AI.
This exists after the track
- Three real workflows of the team are rebuilt with AI and documented with before-and-after measurements
- Every participant has personal prompt templates for their own recurring tasks
- A review template per workflow: what gets checked before reuse, by whom, and how to spot hallucinations
- Agreed team rules: which tasks with AI, which data, who reviews, what stays off limits
- A documented training day as a building block of your Art. 4 competence evidence
Prerequisites
Every participant should have written their own prompts before, for example in AI-LIT-LAB or through their own practice. Access to an AI tool approved in your organization on their own laptop.
Preparation before the track
Each participant submits two candidate workflows as a profile in advance: What is the task, how often does it occur, how long does it take today, where does it fail? From all submissions we select the three workflows with the biggest leverage together with the sponsor.
What's included
- 1 training day with Dino Bordonaro, on site or remote
- Evaluation of the submitted workflow profiles and selection of the three training workflows in advance
- Template set: prompt template, review template and team rules template for continued use
- Results document with all templates and measurements created during the day
- Attendance certificates and audit-proof training documentation
- 30-minute follow-up call after four weeks: What has landed in daily work, where is it stuck?
Agenda
Your workflows on the table
The three selected workflows are dissected on the whiteboard: steps, time spent, failure points. For each workflow the team sets the before benchmark: How long does it take today, and what counts as a good result?
Rebuilding workflow 1
The first workflow is rebuilt live: develop a shared prompt template, run it on three real cases, hold the results against the benchmark. First question of the day: Where does AI really save time, and where does checking eat the gain back up?
The review routine
The review template is built on the outputs of workflow 1: fact check, source question, number verification, tone. Exercise with prepared outputs: the team hunts down planted hallucinations and decides which review steps become mandatory.
Workflows 2 and 3 in workshop mode
In two groups, participants rebuild workflows 2 and 3 themselves: prompt template, test run on real cases, review steps. The trainer rotates, corrects and asks the uncomfortable questions: Would you sign off on this result?
Before-and-after measurement
Both groups present on a live example. For each of the three workflows the record shows: time before, time after including review, remaining risks. Honest outcome: at least one candidate often fails, and that gets documented too.
Team rules and Monday plan
The team decides and writes down its rules: which tasks with AI, which data allowed, who reviews what, what stays off limits. Each participant names the one workflow they will run with template and review routine starting Monday.
Exercises and lab share
The day is a workshop, not a lecture: from 10:00 onwards, participants work almost continuously on their own three workflows with real cases, including a hallucination hunt on prepared outputs.
Platforms
We work with the AI tool approved in your organization, in whichever version is available to you. If none is approved yet, we provide practice access on our lab environment and work with anonymized cases.
Transfer evidence
Transfer evidence via the before-and-after measurements of the three workflows and the templates each participant created themselves. Team rules and measurement results are recorded in the results document in an audit-proof manner.
Artifacts you take home
- Three rebuilt workflows with prompt template and before-and-after measurement
- Personal prompt templates of each participant for their own tasks
- Review templates per workflow with concrete checks against hallucinations
- Written team rules for AI use
- Results document and training documentation for the compliance archive
Optional extensions
- Prompt and Context Engineering (AI-CONTEXT) for the team's heavy users
- Use Case and Business Case Sprint (AI-VALUE) when the measurements should turn into investment decisions
- A second workshop day for three further workflows of the same team
Boundaries
This day improves workflows within your existing tools. It replaces neither tool selection, nor process consulting as a project, nor a company-wide policy (AI-GOV).
Frequently asked questions
Our workflows are specialized and partly confidential. Does this still work?
That is exactly why it works. We work on your profiles instead of standard examples, and confidential cases are anonymized in advance. What may go into which AI is clarified with the sponsor before the training and recorded in the team rules.
What if a workflow turns out to be unsuitable for AI?
That is a valuable result, not a failure. The measurement shows honestly where review effort eats up the time gained. This is precisely why everyone submits two candidates in advance, so that three viable workflows are documented at the end.
Is the flat rate worth it for smaller teams?
€7,900 plus VAT is a flat rate for 4 to 12 people. With 8 participants that is just under €1,000 per person for a day spent on their own workflows, including templates and follow-up. We do not deliver below 4 participants, in that case combine the team with a neighbouring department that shares similar workflows.
